Toolmarts.com makes every effort to ship all products in the fastest and least expensive methods available and offers some of the most comprehensive shipping options. We've partnered with the best carriers to ensure that you will benefit from low shipping rates and prompt delivery. Depending on some factors, your order may ship with UPS or USPS. If you've ordered two or more items, you may receive your order in multiple boxes and on different days. There are no additional charges for split shipments.
Pricing & Descriptions
We work hard to keep our prices, model numbers and descriptions up-to-date on the portal; however, some information on the website might be outdated. Please be advised that Toolmarts.com will not be responsible for such incorrect and/or typographical mistakes in pricing, model number and/or descriptions on the site and reserves the right to make corrections without any notice. You will be informed about any change in the information before your order is processed; orders with incorrect prices will not be honored.
Amazon Prime Price Matching - Terms & Conditions
Toolmarts offers price matching with Amazon Prime pricing subject to following terms and conditions:
- Toolmarts.com will not match third party price. Price matching offer is limited to Amazon Prime pricing.
- Extent of price matching is constrained to the cost of the product to Toolmarts. Toolmarts will not be liable for matching prices that undercut our costs.
- Second year warranty for in-store orders will be voided for any items that have been approved for Amazon price match.
- Price matching offer will not extend to products covered under other promotion(s).
- To avail price matching offer, please call us at 1-800-735-8665 toll free or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. Price matching discount will only be approved and awarded prior to order placement.
Free shipping offers on Toolmarts.com are applicable only on shipments within 48 contiguous states.

- Select country and state and enter ZIP/Postal code to find out estimated shipping charges
Special Order Items
If necessary, we can order special non-inventory items directly from the manufacturer, giving you access to every available power tool. Special order items arrive at our warehouse first, and are then shipped to our customers. Most special ordered tools will ship approximately 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. There is no extra charge for special order items.
Toolmarts.com normally uses UPS to ship its products. Packages under 150lbs and that meet certain size requirements can be shipped via USPS.
Shipping charges are calculated based on a combination of the products purchased, destination address and shipment methods, while taking into account any applicable promotional shipping offers.
Rates are calculated in real time with UPS's computer systems, using actual weight of items, shipping distance and the published UPS rates. In the event that errors or miscalculations may occur in shipping expenses, we reserve the right to correct such mistakes.
Regular Shipping Methods
Your product will be delivered in estimated 5 to 7 business days after the product leaves the warehouse. Our chosen provider is UPS, but we may use United States Postal Service.
UPS Three Day Select:
Your product will be delivered in 3 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.
Items that are oversized, weighing over 150lbs, or require special handling will ship separately from other items that you order and will incur an additional handling fee. We only cover shipping charges to destination addresses; however there may be extra charges for some residential deliveries or lift gate services. The charges will be billed separately and will not be covered by our company.
To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products directly from the manufacturer to our customers. We will notify you if any of the ordered items are drop shipped. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide online tracking for drop shipped packages. The customer needs to call us if tracking is necessary. We do not adjust the shipping cost to customer's orders because of the change in shipping distance as a result of drop shipping.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your invoice number (if a valid email address was supplied). During transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking section to check your order status.
You will receive more than one confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments. Please save these email invoices for your records.
California residents must add an additional 8% sales tax to their order. Freight is exempted from sales tax.
International Shipping Policy
Toolmarts.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. However, our international shipping terms may vary depending on the destination and type of merchandise ordered.
We accept international orders only that are minimum worth of USD $500. Preferred modes of payment are direct bank wire transfers (ETF) and PayPal. Credit cards are also acceptable with few exceptions; please contact our sales team for more information.
Independent Freight / Free Shipping Policy
Please note that any flat-rate shipping charges or free shipping offers on Toolmarts.com is applicable only on shipments within US*. International recipients must have their own verified FedEx/DHL/UPS account OR use any independent freight service to collect orders either from our warehouse (located in Escondido, California) or their chosen destination anywhere within US. Henceforth, recipients should contact their freight forwarders to connect the item to their destination country. Toolmarts.com will not negotiate/contact with any freight service provider on customer's behalf.
* Under manufacturer's shipment policy, few merchandise are subjected to be shipped only within US. In such cases, international recipients would be liable for independent freight and any legal issues.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your packages may be subject to the customs duties, fees and import taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility and are levied once a shipment reaches to the destination country. Toolmarts.com does not add any international tax, tariffs or duties to orders.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You are also responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported under all laws and regulations of the destination country.
For products shipped internationally, please note that regular manufacturer warranty may not be applicable as is for US residents. Manufacturer service/repair options may not be available. Additionally, product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be available in destination country languages. Products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
