Because of the lock down caused by the pandemic, many tool manufacturers supply chain deliveries especially (DeWalt) are taking a lot longer to process orders at this time, which is resulting in longer than normal delivery times to our warehouse. .
In regards to the valued business of our customers, we are trying our best to manage these deliveries and shipping out orders for in-stock items daily, but please note that delays are possible due to current and changing conditions.

You will be informed about any change in the information before your order is shipped; orders with incorrect prices will not be honored.
Toolmarts.com makes every effort to ship all products in the fastest and least expensive methods available and offers some of the most comprehensive shipping options. We've partnered with the best carriers to ensure that you will benefit from low shipping rates and prompt delivery. Depending on some factors, your order may ship with FedEx, UPS or USPS. If you've ordered two or more items, you may receive your order in multiple boxes and on different days. There are no additional charges for split shipments. Please note that we do not process orders on Saturdays and Sundays.
If necessary, we can order special non-inventory items directly from the manufacturer, giving you access to every available tool. Special order items arrive at our warehouse first and are then shipped to our customers. Most special ordered items will ship approximately 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. There is no extra charge for special order items.
Same day shipping only applies to current stock level availability and is subject to certain limitations. Should an order be subject to special ordering (i.e. additional units on an individual’s order that do not qualify for same day shipping), Same day shipping will be voided and subject to additional Processing & Handling times.
Orders received before 12 noon (PST) ships that business day. Orders received on weekends after noon (PST) Friday through noon (PST) Monday will ship on Monday.
FedEx Express and USPS priority is our Two-Day Shipping method. “Two-Day Shipping orders received before 12 noon (EST) ship that Business Day. Two-Day Shipping orders received on weekends after 12 noon (EST) Friday through 12 noon (EST) Monday will ship on Monday
Toolmarts does not guarantee that a shipment shipped via Two-Day shipping service will arrive in two days due to many reasons beyond our control.
Toolmarts.com mostly use FedEx to ship orders under 150 lbs. Packages that meet certain size requirements can be shipped via USPS or UPS.
Shipping charges are calculated based on a combination of the products combined actual or dimensional weight, destination address and selected shipping service in real time with FedEx servers. In the event of an error or miscalculation may occur in our shipping estimates, we reserve the right to correct such mistakes and may ask our customers to pay for the difference.
Please note that any Flat-Rate or Free Shipping offers on Toolmarts.com are applicable only on shipments within 48 contiguous US States and not applicable on international orders.
Items on which free shipping is offered can only be delivered within 48 contiguous United States (excludes recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island and Guam). Shipping will be charged separately in case of delivering the item to excluded destinations. Canadian orders may be subject to Duty Fees, Goods And Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), Quebec Sales Tax (QST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST - New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador), Customs Brokerage Fees and /or other international taxes and fees. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay all such international taxes and/or duty fees.
Items that are oversized, weighing over 150 pounds, or require special handling will ship separately from other items that you order and may incur an additional handling fee. We only cover shipping charges to destination addresses; however, there may be extra charges for some residential deliveries or lift gate services, if required. These charges will be billed separately and will not be covered by Toolmarts.com.
To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products directly from the manufacturer to our customers. We will notify you if any of the ordered items are drop shipped, with a tracking number.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number (if a valid email address was supplied). During transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking page to check your order status.
You will receive more than one shipment confirmation emails if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments. Please save these email invoices for your records.
California residents must pay an additional 7.75% sales tax to their order. Shipping charges are exempted from sales tax.
Toolmarts.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. However, our international shipping terms may vary depending on the destination and type of merchandise ordered.
We accept international orders only that are minimum worth of USD $500. Preferred modes of payment are direct bank wire transfers (ETF) and PayPal. Credit cards are also acceptable with few exceptions; please contact our sales team.
Please note that any flat-rate shipping charges or free shipping offers on Toolmarts.com is applicable only on shipments within US*. International recipients must have their own verified FedEx/DHL/UPS account OR use any independent freight service to collect orders either from our warehouse (located in Escondido, California) or their chosen destination anywhere within US. Henceforth, recipients should contact their freight forwarders to connect the item to their destination country. Toolmarts.com will not negotiate/contact with any freight service provider on customer's behalf.
* Under manufacturer's shipment policy, few merchandise are subjected to be shipped only within USA. In such cases, international recipients would be liable for independent freight and any legal issues.
Your packages may be subject to the customs duties, fees and import taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility and are levied once a shipment reaches to the destination country. Toolmarts.com does not add any international tax, tariffs or duties to orders.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You are also responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported under all laws and regulations of the destination country.
For products shipped internationally, please note that regular manufacturer warranty may not be applicable as is for US residents. Manufacturer service/repair options may not be available. Additionally, product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be available in destination country languages. Products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
