Superior Electric P05 Japanese Aftermarket Carbon Brush Replaces Hitachi 999-043 & DeWalt 514003-43
Description:
The Superior Electric® P05 carbon brush uses Toyo Tanso® carbon, offering improved stability and reliability due to a low coefficient of thermal expansion (Compatible with Hitachi model #’s seen below). This provides better thermal shock resistance giving the product properties such as heat and chemical resistant / non-corroding metal, electrical conductivity, abrasion resistance and improved sliding contact. Toyo Tanso® preserves its stability with temperatures as high as 2000° C by doing so, this prevents softening or melting down of the carbon brush itself. Manufactured with Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP) of micro particles to encapsulate an isotropic graphite. Abrasion Resistance due to a layered crystalline structure which ultimately means it has a low coefficient of friction and self-lubrication properties also viable under electrical conduction.
