Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Toolmarts.com does not deliver to PO and APO/FPO box addresses. If your order arrives damaged, please call our Customer Service department at 800-735-8665 to receive a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to obtain a replacement item.

You will be informed about any change in the information before your order is processed. Some discontinued items may display “zero” prices on the product pages; such orders will not be honored.
US Shipping
Toolmarts.com offers FedEx Ground and FedEx Express Saver options for all customers residing within the 48 contiguous United States. To view the shipping charges to your location, add the item(s) you want to purchase to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Next, enter your ZIP code and click on “Recalculate” button on the cart. The “Shipping” drop down box will display the charges for FedEx Ground and FedEx Express Saver to your destination.
Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico and Guam will be quoted separately.
Order Processing Time
Toolmarts.com strives hard to process orders as they are received and ship them as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2 days of the sale. However, please allow 2-5 business days for the orders to be processed. If an ordered product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier, we will let you know through email or telephone within 5 days of your order.
Order Shipping Time
Order Shipping time is different from Processing Time and varies in different shipping options available to you during Checkout. Orders shipped via UPS are delivered Monday through Friday only. UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package to any address within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico and Guam will be quoted separately. At present we do not ship merchandise outside of the United States.
Out-of-Stock and Back-Ordered Items
At Toolmarts.com, we make every effort to have the listed products in stock; however, sometimes we may run out of some items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you've ordered, we will contact you through email or phone to inform you about the expected ship date. You may cancel the order if the wait for the ordered item is too long for you.
