Though we try our best, mistakes happen and therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or typographical mistakes in pricing, model number and descriptions. We try to offer very competetive pricing but we can not sell below our cost. Zero prices will not be honored.
Shipping Policy
The shipping and handling charge in the web site
check out cart is for the 48 contiguous states of America.
Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico and Guam will
be quoted separately. At present we do not ship merchandise
outside of the United States.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-5 business days for order to be processed. If an ordered product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier, we will let you know through email or telephone within five days of your order.
Order Shipping Time
Order Shipping time is different from Processing Time and varies in different shipping options available to you during Checkout. Orders shipped via UPS are delivered Monday through Friday only. UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package to any address within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico and Guam will be quoted separately. Back Orders
We always try to ship orders completely, if back orders do occur. Please call us or email us for return authorization. Return product should be in re-saleable unused condition and in its original packing material. Product that is partially returned or damaged cannot be refunded. If you feel that you need to return your product for any special circumstances please do not hesitate to contact us.
