Return & Refund Policy

Please call us or email us for return authorization. Return product should be in re-saleable unused condition and in its original packing material. Product that is partially returned or damaged cannot be refunded. If you feel that you need to return your product for any special circumstances please do not hesitate to contact us. Special orders from certain manufacturers require a stocking fee and some specialty manufacturers will not take tools back, they only will rework tools and return them back. In all returns shipping and handling fee is not refunded.
