| Toolmarts.com provides a 30-day return policy, which is subject to the following:
You may return any unused tool in its original condition and in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will pay the return shipping cost if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you will be charged for return shipping. Any returns that are found to be non-defective may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Special orders from some manufacturers require a stocking fee and some specialty manufacturers do not take tools back; however, such tools can be reworked and returned back to you.
Return Procedure
To return a product, you must call us for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling our Customer Service department at 800-735-8665. However, you can only request for an RA# within 30 days after you receive your shipment. Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RA# may be refused.
Damaged or Defected Items
You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shortages (did not receive all the items listed on the packing slip that show as shipped), damages or defects. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shortages, damages or defects. Although your product may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or defects beyond this point and you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
If a certified technician determines that your product was not damaged or defective or if you returned the product and upon our inspection we determine the product is not damaged or defective, you may be charged for the service call and/or shipping plus a 15% restocking fee.
When returning an item, please ensure that:
* The product includes all original packing materials, manuals and accessories; and
* The product is securely packaged to avoid any damage
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order, please call our customer service department. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled and you will have to process a general return.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Please note: We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Canadian Order Return Policy
All orders to Canada are subject to our normal Return and Refund Policies. Additionally, if an item is returned for any reason other than a result of our error, the customer will be charged for return shipping and any other international charges. All returns that are found to be non-defective may also be subject to up to 10% restocking fee. |
