The 1/4" collet accepts laminate trimming bits as well as router bits. Precise bit depth adjustments are easy with the Micro-set adjustment knob. This is especially important in beveling corners of self-edged laminate projects since the top sheet must be trimmed to an exact depth to prevent damaging the side sheet. The wide variety of accessories available for this laminate trimmer make it extremely versatile.
