You will have the ease of a variable speed spindle that is controlled on the front of the switch. The tailstock contains a live center with a full 2" ram capacity.
This model is machined on the end so it will also accept the mini-lathe bed extension. The new Mini-Lathe will still fit on the Jet Stand #708354 and bed extension #708355.
