Hitachi B13FI 10 inch Drill Press, Benchtop with Laser. Hitachi Power Tools introduces the all new B13FI 10 inch Benchtop Drill Press, 5 speeds, with Laser Sighting for more accurate drilling. Spindle travel is 2.5 inches and drilling capacity is 1/2 inch in cast iron. The speed range is 680 to 3000 rpm. Five speeds are easily changed while unit is turned off with V-belt and step pulleys. The Laser Sighting is mounted to the cast iron drill press head and provides a crosshair pattern to quickly and accurately target the drill location on the workpiece. The drill press column is steel, 2.25 inch diameter. The 7.75 x 7.75 inch cast iron work table uses a rack and pinion mechanism for ease of moving the table up and down.
