| The Delta 23-004 is a Buffing Compound Kit. The Compounds are used for removing rust, scale & tarnish. The tripoli compound is applied on buffing wheels. The white rouge compound can be used on chromium, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass and aluminum to produce a clear, brilliant and mirror finish. The emery compound is used for quick cutting, sharpening and coloring steel, iron and hard metals. |
